the wheel's employee's need a refresh course on how to put their customer's first we stayed at the wheel's and will never go back not only were the front desk rude but they tryed to tell us that the room we requested and put a deposit for was not actually our room (we requested a main floor patio door room by the pool and were told there was one left and it was our's) but upond our arrival we were told we were on the second floor after having to argue with the management that we did not want this room but the room promised to us we were given one but no appoligies were made or a up grade or discount for our trouble's. the property could use a good cleaning especially the zig zag they need to vacume and dust this area more oftend as you could see the dust on the tubing tunnel's. As for the maid's and life gaurd's you are working with the public if someone smile's at you how hard would it be to smile back? oh and you better not make any noise in the pool or the life gaurd will walk around with his finger's plugged in his ear's geesh again no way will we ever go back to this hotel why spend our money there when were not even appreciated. also beware all ride's, bowling, zig zag, laser tag, golfing and games are extra and not included in your room cost which by the way cost us $175 can. a night.
