This hotel advertises ocean views rooms but that is not what you get. We requested a king size bed with two roll aways and a kitchenette, ocean view room. We GOT a room with two full size beds, no roll aways, a small TV with a broken remote, a lamp that was broken and when I turned it on I got an electric shock, windows that did not open, not fresh air return whatsoever, falling down curtains, roaches, a hotplate, a couple of plastic plates and a swimming pool full of algae. They do not clean the rooms until after 3:00 p.m. and then they only supply fresh towels. You are required to wash up your own plastic plates, countertops, bathtubs, etc. The hotel manager is oblivious to customers complaints and states if you don't like it you can leave! Rather hard to do if everything else is already booked! These are just a few things that make this hotel unbearable. It is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel extensively. With all the NICE hotels on the island it is better to give this one a miss.
