Myself and husband stayed 2 nights after reading other reviews was not expecting much,however the rooms werenot bad,considering older hotel.I did speak with a very nice housekeeper who was very customer service oriented, however the front desk personnel needs some training in this area not very knowledgable,rude and does not enjoy being there. Had an overall good time and would stay again.I have several addresses for customerservice seminars in this area,please consider your front desk staff.
