This hotels deserves its accolades and five-star ratings in all categories. From its perfect location to its top-notch staff and beautiful rooms and amenities, this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Our room rate included the breakfasts. All of the staff at the hotel were friendly and consistently tried to not only meet but anticipate a traveller's needs. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel whole-heartedly and will stay there again should I visit Eugene in the future.
