When my group checked into the hotel, we're expecting the 3-1/2 star hotel. What we received was a 1 star. The flooring was dirty, the headboards were not on the wall properly. There were holes in the comforters. The pool was dirty and debris was everywhere. When we called the supervisor on the night shift, he had a sorry attitude and smart mouth to my group. We were able to get a refund for the next two nights, but we had to stay at the motel for one night. Luckily, we were able to find another hotel that was suitable for us.
