Dirty rooms, rude staff

We stayed here in January 2007. Our room was dirty and our appeals for house keeping were unmet, leaving us with a disgustingly dirty toilet. (My wife refused to use it, she went down the hall to the pool restroom). When we had questions about our booking the front desk staff was rude and offensive. The hot tub was cold and the sauna was broken. Other hotels in the area offer cleaner rooms, better amenities and friendlier staff.
