My wife and I reserved the Executive
Club room with Conciere service and
food and drink. We were there for
three days, did not see the Conciere.
The food tray was often empty and when
it had some breakfast rolls, they were
old and hard. I also called a day and
a half in advance to have flowers and
a bottle of wine placed in my room on
arrival. They were to be in the room
at 3PM. I checked in at 4 PM and they
were not there. I had to call and
wanted to cancel but they said I
couldn't. This was to be a special
weekend for Valentines and the service
and room were unsatisfactory. I have
stayed here many times but won't again.
