Hotel is very dirty. There are bugs all in the beds, not to mention the entire room smells. Management is a joke!!!!!!!

I just got back from a conference and to say this HOTEL is a DUMP is an understatement....... It is FILTHY DIRTY and my MOM and I both were bitten up by BED MITES for 3 days....The pic you see is not of the HOTEL but of a MALL ACROSS THE STREET. It is in a very high crime area and you can NOT go out at night. Their is NO SECURITY at all in the HOTEL and its VERY VERY DANGEROUS....THE AREA IS TERRIBLE..... The HOTEL is owned by an INDIAN RESERVATION and the STAFF awful.... Fridge did not work, air conditioing did not work and the rooms are filthy dirty...... DO NOT GO
