Excellent personable customer service...everything you expect at The Ritz

Just stayed here with my seven year old daughters. Within the first 24 hours everyone addressed me as "Mrs. Florez" and was greeted by no less than four people upon entering and exiting the hotel. My young daughters were treated with equal respect and special treatment..they even went so far as to tuck my daughters baby dolls in each night during nightly service with mints next to their pillows. The room was beautiful and clean. The Ritz Kid program was especially fun for my children and they loved the counselors. Not a party hotel, more of a romantic, classy elegant style to be enjoyed by couples and families alike. A lot of European visitors, especially French speaking folks. Lovely place to visit to enjoy "South Beach" and come home to elegance in the evening! Not cheap..but worth every penny.

Come Here for the South Beach Vibe!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in April, after all of the spring-break kids were gone. We wanted a relaxing vacation, but we also wanted to play hard at night. And we both wanted to be pampered. That's why we came here. We both love South Beach for its excitement and action. And the Ritz-Carlton is simply the best! Yes, it's expensive, but we don't want to spend our week off budgeting and scrimping and saving. The Ritz is also right in the heart of the action. The people-watching is fantastic, and the entertainment choices are limitless! And the staff is very attentive. They all look like supermodels, of course, but they bend over backwards to make sure you feel like royalty. The rooms are very luxurious. I love this hotel. But don't come if you're looking for a quiet little Holiday-Inn experience.
