Bad Service
The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, is
the worst service I have recieved as
an experienced traveler. The Lobby
Lounge, I would just like to point out
was the WORST of the experience.
Besides the bad nuts and olives I had
to BEG for, the service was slow and
unacomadating. The lady who served us
was uninformed of any hotel hours and
activities, and also the menu itself.
The manager, herself, gave us the run-
around, when asked how long a wait for
breakfast, and also attempted to seat
us at a dirty table - saying she will
be back to clean it!! Never again will
Laguna Niguel be on our list to
travel!
