Awesome Service at the Ritz Carlon in Key Biscayne South Beach

From the moment we arrived, friendly staff, water bottles, fruit at the desk, smiling happy employees. Loved it. Club level was awesome with food & drinks. We waited 3 extra mins for a reso at breakfast and was given complimentary champagne. Penthouse floor and view of ocean was really nice. Rooms were so so but the service made up for it. Would return for sure.

From the moment you start to pull up the driveway, you know you are in store for special, VIP stay. You are greeted by smile and an ice cold refreshing bottle of their signature water and cool towel! It only gets better; your every need or request on these beautifully kept grounds is attended to immediately. We love it there!
