I found the M Grande very nice. Wonderful views and close to everything. Great breakfasts and helpful service people. They just spent a lot of money on it and it's looking fresh. They are putting in a lazy river in time for my next visit. The attached parking garage was convenient but could use some painting.

My family and I recently stayed here on July 22,2004. We are part of Starwood Preferred Guests and used 3000 points to stay at this place. It was GROSS. The beach was littered with cigarette butts the pool WAY TOO SMALL was cloudy, the rooms were dark and dingy, beds USED and uncomfrotable, The "fitness center had no A/C and the bike was broken ,the "Balcony" was in dire need of paint from the bird droppings. There were only two luggage carriers. The food at the place was fair nothing great. I must say I would like to see my points returned and this Sheraton to get a MAJOR face lift. It is a disgrace to bear the name Sheraton and Sheraton should do something about it. We are 5 unsatisfied customers and we are spreading the word. We staed in room 915

We stayed at the Four Point Sheraton because we were booked there by South Beach Properties timeshare. The cost to us was $119.00 for 2 nights stay. We was suppose to give them 90 min of our time that turned into 4 hours. We paid $80.00 for an additional night. THE SHERATON COULD USE A FACE LIFT. It is old and a bit run down. The mattress on the bed that I slept on was very bad. My husband is convinced that there were little bugs in the bed where he slept. When we made the resavation we ask for a Kingsize bed the two beds was our second surprize. The bed linens had holes in them and were very thin. Someone made the bed every day and replaced the towels if I threw them on the floor. According to the little sign in the bathroom if I failed to throw them on the floor they left them to be reused. That is the same with the bed no clean linens unless you request them. No one vaccumed the room, or swept or mopped the bathroom the whole three days that I was there. I had expected to be put in another hotel. When we got there the time share people said that the one that I had requested was full. NOT! I am acustomed to staying in a much nicer place. And I am sure that I could have stayed in a nicer place with the money that I paid. $221.28 total and not wasted a day looking a time share. Which needless to say I did not buy because I feel that if they lied about our accomadations they probably will lie about other things too! Also I left a book in the room I called and ask that they mail it to me the person who took the phone call took my numbers. But she did not call back. Whether or not they mail me the book remains to be seen. If they do I'll come back to this website and let you know.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms were too small & not very nice.
