Outstanding Hotel in a Great Location

When we checked in at the Fairmont Copley Plaza for my birthday weekend, we knew from the start we had made the right choice. The hotel's lobby is gorgeous, and decorated with early American furniture. The check-in clerk instantly upgraded us, at no extra charge, to a room on the Fairmont Club Level. Our room was quite luxurious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff of the hotel really goes out of its way to ensure that you feel like you're one of their most special guests. When my husband made dinner reservations at their famous restaurant, the Oak Room, he told them we were celebrating my birthday. They then greeted us with a complimentary bottle of champagne, and after our fabulous dinner, they sent us an incredible creme brulee for dessert. We loved our stay at this Fairmont, and I hope we can go back sometime.

Conveniently located near Copley Plaza and only minutes away from shopping, convention business district and Boston Common, this is an excellent hotel. The lobby is one of the most beautiful of any hotel in the US.
