My girlfriend and I stayed at this motel when we were in Myrtle Beach for a wedding. It was perfectly nice, though nothing fancy. The Super 8 motel doesn't really have any pretensions of grandeur. They know they're a basic motel. But their staff makes up for it by being really nice and helpful. They're all very friendly people, even the housekeeping staff. When we checked in, we had just reserved a basic room, because it was the least expensive. But because the hotel wasn't very full that weekend, the manager upgraded us to an ocean-view room. Awesome! I know those are a lot more expensive. And when we asked for a late checkout, they said "no problem!" And they also have a great pool, which we went to a couple times. It's very centrally located, and there are a lot of things to do nearby. One day my girlfriend and I just walked over to the beautiful pier and hung out there. It's a nice, relaxed environment. So overall, I have nothing but nice things to say about the Super 8/Ocean Front. When you give people great customer service, it leaves a first-class impression of your business.
