Run Down, Poorly Managed

We have stayed at this hotel twice this summer. Although the 1st time was adequate (nice breakfast, great free wifi), we were disappointed to see how badly the place had deteriorated in only 1 month. During out second visit, all phones were out of order, shower was broken (out of order), our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke coming in from elsewhere, and they couldn't move us and refused to refund.
