no bath towels - slivers in sheets - cold

Room was very cold - There were no heat controls - Bathroom floor was icy cold. Weak water flow in shower. No bath towels at all! Sharp wooden slivers in the sheets Insufficient hangers Irritating wiring problems Inadequate safety bars in shower in handicapped room!
