All of the Little Annoyances Add Up to a Disappointing Stay

Because a family vacation to Disneyland can be a little stressful, it's best if you don't have to worry about things like dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds, no shuttle service to Disneyland, towel shortage, unreliable hot water, etc. Our stay at the Super 8 on Disneyland Drive was very disappointing because it distracted us from our vacation. And the hotel's staff was not very responsive. Our TV just got the standard network channels, with no HBO and other pay services as advertised. The "free breakfast" was kind of a joke. Canned juices and low-quality donuts. I hate to be too negative about a hotel, but this one struck out again and again. Not recommended.
