Stanley Hotel - Bad experience. Room hot - no air, bed sagged, window opened onto the court - sounds good? Wrong. Staff stayed up all night drunk and loud, room too hot to close the window so we got no sleep. Food bad, service worse. This is a badly run hotel and for the money it's a ripoff.

Worst Service Ever. Do not book a wedding here!

The catering staff takes care of the weddings at this hotel. I had to put the entire cost of the wedding down up front. I would call to get information or make arrangements 4-5 times with no returned phone calls or e-mails. The only way to get in touch with these people is via e-mail or voicemail. Good Luck! Oh and the staff members changed the person who was in charge of my ceremony no less than 6 times. The former person was always "let go." Everytime I could get ahold of someone it was a new employee who usually could not even find my file. They offered no refund or credit for any of the ceremony when I cancelled. Book at your own risk.
