Nasty! - run away, run away

Dont get fooled by the overall look on the website. This place is a dive with a nice restaurant. Where can I start! Hair on the bed when turned down, toilet not flushing, the smell in the rooms of an all-night poker party, stained rugs, my kids where placed next to a cleaning closet. I checked out and went to an excellent Holiday Inn on Royal Street. Do the same BEFORE you check-in at this dump.
