Springhill Suites Metro

My stay at this hotel was very upseting
and disappointing. I had 7 rooms when I
first called,it was 6 months in
advance. When it was 2 months before we
were coming I cancelled 4 rooms and
left 3.When we arrived, none of our
rooms were together as we had clearly
suggested,we were all on different
floors. The lady stated she did not
have a room for us and after arguing
with her for 10 minutes she finally
found our name in the computer. The
rooms were all 1 King bed and we
desparately needed 2 double (full)beds,
we stated we had to have them. We did
not get them(in any of the 3 rooms).
One of our rooms were handicapped so my
kids kept pulling all of the strings
for emergency which was a hassle. The
people at the front desk were rude.We
have always stayed at Springhill Suites
but never again, we loved Memphis and
hateD Nashville.
