Make Reservations with Reservations
Review From: NexTag Editorial Review, Jun 9, 2008
The Sheraton Fallsview Hotel accesses a
casino. This is very important
information to have because Sheraton
has two hotels in the area with similar
names: the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel and
Conference Center and the Sheraton on
the Falls. The Hotels are like
parenting twins. You know they can be
both good and bad, you have to figure
out what to expect from each.
The staff can be hit or miss. With both
Sheratons so close to each other and
with similar names, the only real
problems involve check in. Be prepared.
Know which hotel you are staying in.
Have the address, directions, and
contact information. This will avoid
the back and forth that some guests
find themselves experiencing.
Once you get past what could
potentially be a problematic check in,
this is not a bad hotel to stay in. The
rooms are comfortable and well
maintained. The beds are wonderful.
There are many attractions to
experience including: Niagara Falls,
the Fallsview Casino, John Daly's Golf
Club (call first to see when it is
open), and the usual city sites.
The views of the Falls, especially from
the middle floors (high enough to see
the falls and low enough to see beneath
the mist) are worth the trip.
The Sheraton can be a nice place for
couples, singles, and business
travelers. A few changes by management
could bring a much higher rating.
