I prefer staying at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel whenever I visit Toronto as its location and facilities are excellent. The hotel is located in the center of downtown and is well connected with the PATH system which is an underground series of pedestrian tunnels connecting all the major skyscrapers and other buildings in the city. The Toronto city hall and Nathan Phillips Square are also located just across from the hotel. The hotel has a spa, an indoor/outdoor pool, a garden, and waterfalls. Last time I stayed in the Club Section on the 36th floor of the hotel. My room had a grand view of Lake Ontario. The room was very spacious, clean, and well furnished. The staff in this hotel is prompt and courteous. They take good care of their guests. The food served here is delicious. Valet parking is expensive but I insist on it, as it saves you from a lot of headaches in this busy area. All in all the Sheraton is a pricey hotel and worth every cent, as it's very luxurious and comfortable.

The food at the party was served cold. The meeting area too small, our room had no hot water, I have had a better shower in hockey arena. VERY DISSATISFIED with the HOTEL. Below PCL Standards for sure.
