Very poor laundery service

I stayed at the hotel during the X OIC Conference last year. I sent in my clothes for laundering and they came back in the same condition that they were sent in. The collars still had the ring of dirt on them. There was a stain on one of the blouses, it wasn't removed. Some still had my perfume on them. I brought it to the attention of the Housekeeping team but it was not rectified.
