Horrible Management
I booked 2 nights with this hotel through Orbitz. When we arrived the first night we were assured by the desk clerk (it was her first night working alone) that although she couldn't find our reservation there was 2 rooms available. After she found our reservation she informed us that it was cancelled due to no vacancy. She assured us that we would not be charged for either of the two nights, since the hotel cancelled the reservation. We WERE however charged for both nights. After talking to Orbitz, the first night was refunded, but the hotel manager, refused to refund the second night, maintaining that we were a "no show" although we clearly explained that we were told by the desk clerk to not show up the next night because the reservation was cancelled. The manager blantantly stole our money for the seconds night reservation, using an incompetent desk clerk as an excuse. When myself, and and Orbitz representative, inquired if there was higher management we could consult, she refused to give us that information. It was a terrible experience that cost us $60, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, at least not while it is being run by the current manager.
