Enjoy Breath-Taking Views
Review From: Neeraj, Jun 9, 2008
If you want to have a splendid view of the ocean, then this hotel is for you. Located on a privately-owned beach, this beautiful hotel offers exciting activities such as windsurfing and beach volleyball. Rooms are clean and are adequately furnished. The food is delicious and you can choose from a banquet spread, box lunch, or an a la carte menu. The housekeeping staff is nice and efficient. Loosen your purse strings at a nearby shopping mall. However, this hotel does not offer any suites. In addition, you'll face difficulty in parking if you arrive late. Overall, it's a good place to host a private party or a conference.

No reason to stay except location
Review From: lilredschool@aol.com, Jun 9, 2008  | See All Reviews
There is ONE reason ONLY to stay at this hotel, LOCATION. The food in the main restaurant (and I am a restaurant junky) is INDESCRIBABLY bad, in fact mostly inedible. The rooms are in disrepair, the staff is spotty in their caring about your complaints and comfort, and the management seems non-existent. We still go occasionally and stay right on the beach to watch the sunsets and water, they ARE right about that ..its is gorgeous

Winter at this hotel is depressing
Review From: Johanna, Jun 9, 2008
We spent 3 nights in February 2007 here and found the rooms to be old and drab. The food in the restaurant was the only thing going for this place, other than the view. My kids were allowed a "buffet" for free with each adult that paid full menu price. This "buffet" consisted of hot dogs, overcooked chicken fingers, fries and fruit. This was every night of our stay. I don't even feed my kids this that often at home. We were questioned about whether or not we were guests of the hotel during the free sundae social and then told that adults are not allowed any ice cream and the children must stay in the banquet room (where there were not enough seats) to finish all of their ice cream. We were placed on a 3rd floor with my 80 year old mother. I had notified them of this prior to booking! Not a place I would visit again!
