UNSATISFACTORY SERVICES

This hotel is not in working order, nor will give you any type of refund, no matter what the cancellation policy states. Don't book this hotel through a third party online agency either, Rodeway Inn refuses to refund for any reason. Contact the Better Business Bureau with your complaints and issues with this business.
