Lots of bang for the buck

My wife and two kids had a great weekend. The living room, kitchen and dining area were generous. The kitchen had a full sized ref/freezer, oven/range, microwave, sink and plenty of counter space/upper cabinets.
The free trolley is just outside the front door. The trolley takes you through the Portland CBD and arrives every 15 min. (more often during rush hours). The OMSI was within walking distance (scenic 18 min riverfront walk on pedestrian path) and the free breakfast more than made up for the cost of the covered parking. Free breakfast included all you can eat sausages, oatmeal, cereal, granola, pancakes, scrambled eggs, waffles, doughnuts, bagels, muffins, potatoes, rice, juices, milk, coffee, tea and so on.
The pool and jacuzzi is larger than the photo on their website.
The place is fairly new, and scentless. I did see dogs go through the lobby but I didn't smell or hear them. Next time I might bring my dog.
Various restaurants are within a block along the riverfront.
Lots of bang for the buck.
