Incredible, one of best in the district

I have been staying at this hotel since 1991. It is my favorite in DC. My only exception was last summer. I stayed on after a conference, and my family came down to join me. The room we were put in was probably one of the worst you had. The room smelled horrible and just about everything in it was broken. The air conditioning, the dresser, the refrigerator. I made a complaint with management, and I was disappointed, after all my stays with you, that I was never contact with so much as an apology. However, it was my only bad experience. I am still waiting however, for my points to be updated. I will be back in town this spring/summer (exact date unknown) and I know I will enjoy my stay again. Kathleen Luciani
