modest rooms with noisy clientele

I stayed here for over a week on business, but surrounded by european holiday goers. Lots of children and teens making noise at all hours. The rooms have poor sound insulation. Nice (but crowded) beach just behind the hotel. Some restaurants and shopping within a 20 minute walk. But not a fancy part of town. I paid about $115/night and found it to be only a reasonable value.
