The only place to stay in Atlanta

This is the best place to stay in Atlanta. The suites are huge and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have granite countertops and marble floors and showers. I felt like I was staying at a mini-Ritz!

a request for a suite for two adults and one teenager was reserved. the supervisor on that day gave permission for the week of 6/21/04 to 6/27/04 without changing hotels. The day comes to check in for the MEGA FEST and me and my co-worker have no place to stay for the Fest but have Monday and Tuesday in your suite. This places me in a accommodationless situation. Now I must settle for a hot apartment with no air conditioning and a miserable week ahead when it should be joyous as the MEGA FEST since it was the reason I booked this hotel. The sad part is that I am down in this state and your answer will not be received until after the FEST. This is sn unacceptable business practice. Therefore, I give the grade poor for reservation and wanting to keep the customer satisfied. By the way, regardless of the cost of the suite, my vacation package would always be 50%, so the change in price from Monday to Wednesday the day of the Fest was of least importance compared to the convenience and comfort
