I haven't gotten a chance to experience staying there because they got my reservation screwed up and charged me as a "NO SHOW"!!!!! The management is horrible and staff does NOT know what they are doing!!! I've tried to resolve and fix this issue and left MANY messages with the manager and till this day I haven't heard from him!!!! This is a franchise hotel so once they have your money they DO NOT care about their guest!!! Spend the extra money and stay at somewhere besides this dinky RAMADA hotel. Never will I make a reservation at a RAMADA!!! WOW, what efficient customer service they provided!!! If you need to file a complaint call the Ramada Guest Services. Maybe with enough complaints they will go out of business!!!
