Small Rooms and Pool but Great Lake Views
Review From: NexTag Editorial Review, Jun 9, 2008
Situated on the northern shore of Seneca
Lake, the Ramada Inn Geneva Lakefront is
right in the center of the Finger Lakes
Region and its many attractions. The
location is conveniently close to
various wineries along Seneca Lake as
well as the Cayuga Wine Trail and the
Keuka Wine Trail. Shoppers can visit the
Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall just seven
miles away. Other sights include Watkins
Glen, Finger Lakes Race Track, and Hill
Cumorah Pageant.
The pet-friendly hotel features six
floors with 148 guest rooms and suites,
each nicely appointed but small in size.
Room amenities include cable television,
coffeemaker, hair dryers, irons, and
ironing boards. Business travelers will
appreciate the work desk, data ports,
and voice mail. Internet access is
available, however, only dial-up service
is offered.
Guests can dine at the hotel's Pier
House Restaurant and enjoy views of the
lake with their meals. Other facilities
include a 300-person banquet space and a
fitness center. There is an outdoor pool
but it is extremely small.
Overall, aside from the small rooms and
pool, the Ramada Inn Geneva Lakefront is
a worthwhile visit due to its fantastic
lake views.
