We chose this hotel for the Park and Cruise package. When booking a large group the management seemed more than willing to help us out. They failed to inform us that we would be the second group for them to ever do the Park and Cruise package. Departure was not bad and overall the stay at the hotel was great. But nothing could have made up for the experience we had upon our arrival back in New Jersey at the cruise port. We waited eight hours for the Radisson to pick us up. The worst part was that we knew when the Radisson brought us all over to the port to depart, they used 5 vans/shuttle buses. However, their math skills were not that great for our return, they only had 2 vans/shuttle buses picking everyone up. We waited in the cold and watch as virtually every passenger taking the cruise after us, boarded. The Radisson said they would never do the Park and Cruise package again after that, but this review is out there just in case they do. Without some planning and organization they do not need to offer this package again. After complaining to management we were suppose to get a $50 refund, but we have never seen that - two months later. Plus the refund was not worth waiting 8 hours standing in the cold for someone to pick us up.
