Awful rooms- Awful service

First room reaked of chlorine because it was near the indoor pool. The television also did not work at all. I called the front desk and was transferred to a neighboring room. That was nice. However, that room was about 40 degrees and took 2 hours to heat up. The woman at the front counter was extremely unpleasant, not friendly to me and my mother. The charge was way too much a night during the middle of winter, a total rip off. I would not recommend this hotel. Steer clear!
