not fun after a ten hour drive

I Reserved a room in april for june when I arrived that room was taken. The girl at the desk gave me all kinds of lame reasons why I could not have that room.She put me in the cellar RM#406 very damp& musty.Charles the mgr told me I could not reserve a certian room,he did put me in another room that was much better than the one I had.When my wife opened the door to our porch to go out and sit down there was a racoon sitting there.My wife will not go back,charles will go out of his way to please the customer.He has very good human engineering skills. His staff needs some retraining.
