Quiet Beachfront Area but Some Inconveniences
Review From: NexTag Editorial Review, Jun 9, 2008
As the name suggests, the Quality Inn and Suites Oceanfront offers a prime spot in front of the ocean and beach. Located on the southern end of Virginia Beach, the area is quiet and peaceful. Guests can visit the town's many shops and restaurants. Other attractions such as the Marine Science Museum and the Ocean Breeze Park can be reached by a convenient trolley. The six-story hotel features 114 air-conditioned guest rooms with basic amenities. All rooms include cable television, microwaves, refrigerators, fax machines, and telephones. An in-room safe is also available. The hotel has an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. The large outdoor pool is centrally located while the indoor pool is situated across the street from the hotel in a separate building. Walking to the indoor pool is an inconvenience and may be the reason why it's seldom crowded. The parking lot is also across the street from the hotel - another inconvenience. Overall, if guests can look past these shortcomings, the Quality Inn and Suites Oceanfront is an adequate place to stay.
