Good hotel poor reception

Park Hotel has a very accessible location. Room size is ok but beds are a bit small. Good housekeeping service also. Reception staffs except for a few were extremely unhelpful, lazy and offers lousy service, always pretending they are very busy to attend to each guest. Aside from this, reception staffs talk in Cantonese language and laughing while the guests are waiting in front of them, very insulting to foreign visitors. Management should always remember that the reception's service and etiquette gives the first impression of the hotel's image and rating. The hotel is undergoing renovation but the concierge's excellent service offset the inconvenience to guests. All staffs at the concierge are very courteous, helpful and service oriented. Very commendable.
