The worst hotel in the world!

1. They said they have wireless internet, but there is no signal at all. I can not even use my laptop on their front desk. 2. Dirty Room, dirty bed. 3. Bugs are found in the restroom. The toilet is leaking and flash every few minutes. 3. Some guests might stayed there with their pets before you move in.....So do you want to take some biting bugs home? 4. Their manager is so rude. When you complain, they do not refund you. They just try to push you to their sister hotels. 5. I will never stay there or any of their sister hotels again. 6. They do not keep your reservation at all. My coworker confirmed 3 times: half a year ago, a week ago and the day before, but he still lost his reservation. They just sell your room to any people who walkin with higher price and push you to their cheap sister hotels.
