I arrived at the Omni Parker exhausted after a 2 hour train delay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was warm and inviting will all the amenities I'd expected, perhaps, a little more due to a complimentry upgrade! Would cetrainly stay here again as I found it to be 'one of the best'.

Spooky and Old

I could not find a room in Boston recently so I had to stay at this hotel. It has a grand lobby, and the staff is nice enough, but boy does this place give me the creeps. It was bad enough I was given a room the size of a closet, but it was near what they called the oldest part of the hotel. Believe me, it looked old, too. Scary dark hallways and tiny doors. Then I find out the place is haunted. Not just rumored as haunted, but haunted as in it's been written about and the ghost tours take you here. I'm tired and traveling single as a young woman business traveler. Staying at a haunted hotel in a room the size of a broom closet is not relaxing.
