My husband booked this for Mothers day weekend. He paid $315 per room. No bargain. We requested two rooms no smoking. We were given two rooms but one was obviously smoked in. Carpet was so dirty, I did not remove my shoes. This room was considerably smaller than the other. Dirty duvet cover, furniture needs replacing. We complained. After repeated complaints, they finally moved us to another location. One big suite. We were fine after that with the exception of discovering that the couch didn't fold out to a bed and needing rollaway beds for my kids. The food is nasty. Not worth $58 per person. No champagne, no chef carving meat, no pastries, no fruit and cheese display. Just vats of overcooked food and small desserts that had been defrosted from a package. Since it was non-refundable reservation, we were stuck having to eat the slop. The hostess was very rude because we arrived five minutes early for our reservation. She made us sit at the bar. She then preceeded to seat a group that showed up after us. She gave flowers to some of the patrons without children but not to me who had children. No Happy Mothers Day. Very bad facility. The pool is tiny and is only 3ft 6 inches. We will never go to an Omni again.
