You expect a nicer more luxurious place from the photos. When you get there you see a smaller building with such a small lobby you'd miss it if you blink. I'm also what you would call a Select Guest member, there rewards program. I didn't get any of the benefits they promised. All I get is their newsletter that most be the most boring newsletter in travel. Usually they have stories about their new hotel openings and personnel stories. Boring and self indulging. The only time I actually found something interesting was a package for the Berkshire. So I booked it, and was again disappointed by the Select Guest program. It needs revamping because I didn't feel like a special guests at all.
