We had a wonderful vacation! Stay in an updated room or condo.

We had a wonderful time at the ocean reef fesort. We did stay in a two bedroom condo and other familes in our group stayed in an efficiency room (they were not as pleased with their room)the condos are updated and we were very pleased with our room. The location is close to everything and the water parks were wonderful to have with children. As for the negative reviews of the service we had the opposite experience. The staff was very helpful. We stayed during Easter weekend of 2006 and will be returning this Easter weekend of 2007. My only advise would be to stay in one of the condos or updated rooms. Have a happy vacation!

Front Desk staff give very poor service.

The staff (front desk) gave the impression that service wasn't part of their job. Rooms were always damp and carpet dirty (very damp). Also poor shower head. Room 708.. July 2-7, 05. Not sure if I would return to this "resort."
