We stayed at Ocean Blue Golf & Beach Resort Punta Cana I assigned a room with two beds and have two children 3 and 2 years, With fears that could fall out of bed. Call reception to change me to a room with one king bed. First, do not know where he was the supervisor and tells me to call, I saw that time passed and nothing. Call several times because I spent the time and did not respond just told me call him (never called). Then I go to reception to tell you that there is hot water and the fridge does not work. Certainly the pattern of ice was used chewing gum and the water was dirty, He tells me that they send the technician. They fixed the hot water. but the fridge never worked. The bathroom is a mess. The toilet seems to never wash, bath chair and a lot of pubic hair and the last were the cockroaches. You will understand that the children could not use the bathroom. The TV did not work. And watch the waves of the beach that are very strong. If you want to find another place to play golf because Green is Brown. Before reaching the hotel we planned to stay longer. But as a matter of cleanliness and service obviously went before. When I am giving the room I asked the reception that as we go and explain what happened and his response was that he could do nothing, the truth that I imagine this response. Yet they call it is a 5 * hotel Judge for yourself.
