We Will Never Go Back

This hotel left us reeling financially. They initially overcharged us due to a booking blunder on their part, charging us for a more expensive room. We spent half of a morning at their front desk trying to resolve this. We were then fobbed off to the manager, who did his best to completely ignore us! We left message after message on his cell but he who wouldn't return our calls. When we finally did speak to him he was obnoxiuos and rude, and tried to dodge the issue. Worst of all when we got back home we found that they had added an additional $300 in charges on our crdit card!!! We are now fighting the charges with our credit card company. We have since done a bit of research on this hotel and apparently we're not alone here, there seem to be plenty of former guests complaining about the same treatment. Its going to take us at least 6 weeks to get our money back. My advice - don't stay here, it could cost you in the end.
