We had the best time at the hotel.the pictures on the web is the same as the hotel.My 4 girls, my husband and me. We got there on a Friday night and we left on Sunday. we had a chance to do everything our kids had so much fun we did the breakfast with the character and that was great. we got to see all the 4D movies.we only got to see 1 nick live and that was so much fun. The room was clean. Our kids had a great time on the slides.the only thing we would like to see more of is when the staff come's to the mall and plays with the kids it would be nice to see more of that in the day. But We still had so much fun we want to come back next year.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are actually comfortable. My kids and husband stayed at the Lagoon Pool for hours. They loved it! The food is expensive so be prepared. All in all we are very please with our stay and will be back in the future.
