King St apartments very poor

We stayed in an apartment facing King St. It was so noisy we couldn't sleep, room a/con only right next to the bed. Mattress cover stained, dirty face towel on floor in bathroom, kitchen floor not clean, limited cutlery etc in kitchen, dreadful 70s bathroom with either scalding hot water or freezing cold, shower door wouldn't close properly etc etc.
