Terrible service

I had to call and cancel my reservation with this hotel, after only 24 hours after booking my stay, I realized that the hotel industry was too competitive to be treated rudely and unprofessional by the woman making the reservation. This hotel used to be lovely and the staff was courtesy, I am sorry to report this is no longer the case! Steer clear of this place..the Fairfield Inn across the street is a much safer bet!
