More to Poor Stay, Poor Customer Service

I continue to go there expecting to different service, which is completely insane. It appears that I am not wanted in the HOTEL. I am an african american woman and by the time I get there after a long drive and have made reservations, I just would like to have a clean room and a key that works. I agree that the area is not the greatest area however, I just stay there to get a lil sleep and head out to the beach. It is a central place for me and hopefully things may change for that place.

This hotel turned out to be nothing like what it looks like online. First off, there was blood and holes on the walls, like 6 cats roaming around, it was backed up to a shady looking alley way. It's not the place you want to be staying at if your looking for a good time.
