Very disappointing stay

The double room was tiny, all the heating in the hotel had been turned off even though it was only May. We were offered a tiny blower heater to keep the room warm. Bathroom was too cold to take a bath. Sat with our coats on to have an evening meal. Food in restaurat included in our 1/2 board, was a poor quality buffet.
