Very attentative staff. Great mid-day kids' program (gives parents a small break). Great food. As far as the room, I can't speak for the 4-story building but my jr. suite was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is close to everything and has everything you would need. Sometimes the pool areas can get a little busy with some of the older unsupervised kids. Very clean, spacious beaches. They do a very good job of keeping non-hotel guests out of there. Stay here, you'll love it. We had a great time.
